Return & Refund Policy

At Manora Accessories, we care about your satisfaction and aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please review our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Refund Window

We offer a 3-day return and refund policy. You must notify us of any return, exchange, or refund request within 3 days from the date the product is delivered to you.

2. Mandatory Opening Video

To process any return, exchange, or damage claim, it is mandatory to record an unboxing/opening video from the moment you open the package, without any cuts or edits.

  • The video must clearly show the outer packaging, the unsealing/unboxing process, and the condition of the product inside.

  • Claims without a proper opening video will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

3. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • A wrong product has been delivered

In both cases, we will arrange the return shipping, and shipping charges will be borne by us.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is correct, undamaged, and matches your order.

  • The return request is raised on false grounds or without the required opening video evidence.

  • The item has been used, worn, or altered in any way.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the original purchase.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Payment: Orders can be cancelled at any time before payment is made.

  • After Payment (Before Shipping): If you cancel after payment but before shipping, a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • After Shipping: If the order has already shipped, two-way shipping charges and a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

7. Important Notes

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Products returned without prior approval or without an opening video will not be accepted.
