  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, customs clearance, or weather conditions.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We offer a 3-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage-related claim. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before payment with no charges.

  • Orders cancelled after payment but before shipping will incur a 3% payment processing fee.

  • If the product has already shipped, two-way shipping charges plus a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
